Setup, Care & Safety
The sauna ships in two boxes, according to the supplier. Check that both packages and all assembly hardware have arrived before beginning installation. Confirm doorway clearance, cabin dimensions, floor load capacity, ventilation, and electrical requirements before ordering.
Install the sauna on a stable, level surface and follow the manufacturer's assembly and operating instructions. Clean the wooden surfaces as directed, using a dry cloth where recommended, and avoid harsh chemicals. Inspect the door, heating elements, wiring, and controls regularly.
Follow the manufacturer's temperature limits and session guidance. Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol before or during sauna use, and leave the cabin if you feel dizzy, weak, or unwell. People who are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions or other relevant medical risks should consult a healthcare professional before use.
The red-light panel's wavelengths are product specifications, not proof of specific medical benefits. Do not rely on this sauna or its light panel to treat arthritis, inflammation, skin conditions, or other medical problems without appropriate professional advice.
